GCB Bank is set to bring fitness enthusiasts, families and wellness advocates together for its maiden GCB Aerobics Fiesta on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at the University of Ghana Stadium in Accra.
The free event, which begins at 6:00 a.m., forms part of the bank’s 2026 Customer Service Month celebrations and is expected to provide participants with an exciting blend of physical exercise, health education, entertainment and networking.

Open to both GCB customers and the general public, the fiesta will feature dance aerobics, guided yoga sessions, health screenings and nutrition consultations aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles and improving overall wellbeing.
The event will also include a dedicated children’s play area with face painting, a vendor exhibition showcasing various products and services, and refreshments for participants.

GCB Bank said the initiative reflects its commitment to extending customer experience beyond conventional banking services by creating opportunities that promote wellness, strengthen relationships and foster community engagement.
Speaking ahead of the event, Cynthia Eyram Ofori-Dwumfuo, Chief Marketing, Communications and Customer Experience Officer at GCB Bank, said the fiesta was designed to create memorable experiences that positively impact customers’ lives.
“Customer experience extends far beyond transactions. It is about building meaningful relationships and creating moments that positively impact the people we serve,” she said.
According to her, the event will provide an opportunity for the bank to engage customers in a relaxed environment while encouraging them to embrace healthier and more active lifestyles.
She added that opening the fiesta to the general public underscores the bank’s commitment to making wellness activities accessible to a wider section of society.
The GCB Aerobics Fiesta will serve as the flagship event and grand finale of the bank’s Customer Service Month, celebrated throughout October under the theme “The Extra Mile.”
Throughout the month, the bank has undertaken various customer appreciation, engagement and service excellence initiatives aimed at strengthening customer relationships and improving service delivery.
The October 31 fiesta is expected to bring the celebrations to a close with an emphasis on fitness, family participation, health awareness and community spirit.
GCB Bank has encouraged customers and members of the public to attend the event and take advantage of the free activities while celebrating the importance of healthy living and positive customer relationships.
