Management of Microfinance and Small Loans Center (MASLOC) on 14th April, 2025 commenced a three-day orientation program for its newly appointed Regional and Sector Managers yesterday at the Platinum Bay hotel, Accra.
This strategic move is a step towards the institution’s mission to strengthen leadership and enhance operational efficiency.
During the opening remarks, the CEO, Madam Abigail Akwambea Elorm Mensah congratulated the new Managers on their appointment and thanked them for honouring the maiden capacity building seminar since their assumption of office.
She also urged them to seize the opportunity to learn valuable skills and insights that will help them discharge their duties diligently.
The participants were briefed on the institution’s vision, mission, core values, policies, and organizational structure. The program is ongoing today and is scheduled to conclude tomorrow, April 16, 2025.
