A Central Region based Estates Land Seller, The Great Nana Agyeman has welcome and congratulated our new President and also called on him to ensure that the Land Commission does the right things to ensure discipline in the sector.
Speaking on Expectations from the President and his Government, the Great Nana Agyeman, noted that, it had been the prayer of many Ghanaians for President Mahama to win the 2024 Elections to control the national purse that was mismanaged by the previous Government.
The Great Nana Agyeman also called on our Chiefs who sell lands to desist from double sale of the same land to different persons to avoid litigations which are numerous in the Courts.
Touching on Gomoa East District, where his lands are mostly situated, the Great Nana Agyeman appealed to the Chiefs there to try hard to resolve the numerous land disputes in their area to ensure peaceful co-existence.
He urged Gomoa East Chiefs to give out lands to genuine land dealers instead of wicked ones who always foment trouble in the area.
The Great Nana Agyeman lamented that it is unfortunate that there are so many cases piled at Gomoa East Courts so he is pleading with the Chiefs to get some of the cases withdrawn to their palaces for amicable settlement.
He however, thanked the Gomoa East Chiefs for warmly receiving visitors from other parts of the Country to be in their jurisdiction to do business without much hitches.
The Great Nana Agyeman also called on President Mahama to include Gomoa East in all his Development Agenda in order for the place to rapidly develop like other places.
He further called on the President to ensure National unity and progress for all during his ten, Nana Agyeman stressed.
Nana Agyeman also noted that citizens and our leaders who engage in gossiping should stop the practice because it does not promote progress but only leads to backwardness.
Nana Agyeman noted that instead of using huge moneys to engage in land litigation is better to divert such funds into the education of our children.
He said Kasoa is a nice place and also a very fast growing municipality with a welcoming Zongo that has been accommodative of visitors all these years that deserve commendation.
Nana Agyeman called on the youth not engage in violence and that each time our politicians engage them to fight they should rather call for the politicians children to do that dirty job instead , advising the youth not to follow wicked politicians but only follow good ones and reject bad ones as it was done during recent elections.
Nana Agyeman reminded the President whose convoy in his previous administration hit and destroyed his car but he took it cool without rushing to court due to his love for the President.
He however noted that as the President is back again if he decides to compensate him, he would accept it in good fate. Nana Agyeman noted that his interest is not to drag the case but he would be patience for President Mahama to call him for compensation in the near future.
Nana Agyeman stressed that when President Mahama boys damaged his car because of his love for the President so he did not do anything to them nor proceed to court.
He emphasized that what he wants most is for the President to support the work of Real Estates and Estates land Sellers for their businesses to go on and to build affordable houses for ordinary citizens to live in.
He commended the media, the Security, and all those institutions that made the recent elections successful.
Nana Agyeman commended Dr. Bawumia for promptly accepting defeat and congratulating President Mahama making the elections complete and peaceful.
Nana Agyeman noted that the whole society has to learn from Dr.Bawumia to promote peace instead of war which is very expensive.
