The Ashanti Regional Coordinating Council (ARCC) on thursday, 19th February organized a corporate training program for its Staff, aimed at enhancing productivity, personal effectiveness and workplace performance.

The session began with brief opening remarks from the Chief Director, Mr. Michael Owusu Amoako, Esq., who encouraged the Staff to actively engage with the training and apply the lessons to improve service delivery.

The Guest Speaker, Dr. Pascal Brenyah, a Global Human Capital Expert, Executive and Youth Coach, led an interactive session under the theme “Do Not Die Before Your Time.” His presentation focused on stress management, time management, work ethics, emotional intelligence and healthy living.

Dr. Brenyah shared practical tips for maintaining good health, managing workplace pressure and achieving balance across all dimensions of life; professional, physical, and emotional. He emphasized that emotional intelligence is critical in fostering effective leadership, teamwork and sound decision-making, noting that self-awareness and self-control significantly impact productivity and institutional growth. Participants also undertook self-evaluation exercises and gap analysis assessments designed to help them identify personal strengths and areas for improvement.

The training forms part of the Council’s broader strategic agenda to strengthen staff capacity, boost productivity and promote a disciplined and results-oriented workforce.
