A leading youth activist of National Democratic Congress ( NDC ), Mr Mohammed Atakora, has pointed out that former President John Dramani Mahama’s promise to revive the Black Star Line and Ghana Airways is a done deal and the easiest way to achieve the GHANA WE WANT dream.
He said the revival of the nation’s first shipping line and airline, alongside making thousands of Ghanaian students, both level 100 students and the Senior High School students to enjoy free tuition, will bring hope to the people.

According to Mr Atakora, the country has uncountable natural resources like gold and diamond which manufacturing firms need to exchange with these vessels and aircraft.

“Both Black Star Line and Ghana Airways will surely create more jobs for Ghanaians to better their lives and cushion our economy to make Ghanaians feel the freedom and justice God has given to us through His able son, Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah,” he said.

Mr Atakora stated that over 45,000 level 100 students will benefit from the new policy annually, so if the NDC presidential candidate, John Mahama, revives both state=owned companies which were established by Ghana’s first ever President, Dr Nkrumah, only six months’ revenue can pay twice the fees or tuition of level 100 students and build hundreds of first class modern dormitories for all Senior High Schools in the country and also provide better meals for them.
He said that can also cancel the current double track system which is frustrating tomorrow’s leaders under the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

The NDC youth activist urged the electorate to cast their votes wisely and massively for former President John Mahama.

He said John Mahama’s agenda to establish an Inland Port in North-East in a port in the North-East Region and sustain Free Senior High School in Yagaba is the best decision.

The Black Star Line shipping, which the next NDC government will revive in the Yagaba Inland Port in the capital of the Mamprugu Moagduri District in the North-East Region of Ghana, will be the best site for Ghana’s INLAND PORT inaugurated on 28th June, 2012, by the same National Democratic Congress (NDC) Government.

IN GOD, WE TRUST, AMEN.
