The NDC PC, Hon. Boam organized Cards playing competition at Yeji as part of the Sala Games at Yeji Traditional Council. This brought a massive turn out of crowds as 8 base presented to play for this competition.
Starting from the preliminary stage to the finals, American Base at Morocco Park – Yeji won the game. The winners went home with an amount of ₵500.00 and assorted drinks plus a pack of playing cards , the 2nd. Runner up went home with ₵300.00 and assorted drinks plus a pack of cards in that order.
The rest of the teams who couldn’t made it to the semi finals were awarded with the assorted drinks as well.
Hon. Boam the grand sponsor also made a provision of food to members who participated, the organizers and the individuals who were present as it is Sala holiday. Members were enthus with the kind happiness the game has brought to them.
They expressed satisfaction and gratitude to the NDC PC, Hon. Boam. They called on individuals to support his bid to become the MP of Pru East Constituency to bring in both physical and human development to good people of Pru East Constituency.
