*SHORTAGE OF BALLOT PAPERS AT NKANKAMA AND NSUTA DAHOMEY ELECTORAL AREAS IN THE FANTEAKWA SOUTH CONSTITUENCY*

We urgently bring to the attention of the Electoral Commission the critical issue of a shortage of ballot papers at the Nkankama and Nsutam Dahomey Electoral areas in the Fanteakwa South constituency.
As of 3pm, voters in these areas are currently stranded at the polling stations due to the unavailability of sufficient ballot papers.
This shortage has resulted in a significant disruption to the voting process, preventing eligible voters from exercising their democratic right. We strongly urge the Electoral Commission to take immediate action and provide an adequate supply of ballot papers to these affected areas without any further delay.
It is imperative that the Electoral Commission swiftly addresses this issue to ensure a fair and transparent electoral process. The right to vote is a fundamental pillar of Ghana’s democracy, and it is crucial that every eligible voter has the opportunity to cast their vote without any hindrance or inconvenience.
We call upon the Electoral Commission to prioritize the resolution of this matter and ensure that the necessary ballot papers are promptly delivered to the Nkankama and Nsutam Dahomey Electoral areas. The affected voters have patiently waited and deserve the assurance that their voices will be heard through a properly facilitated assembly and Unit Committee voting process.
