THE DIRECTOR, FEDERAL BUREAU, OF INVESTIGATION (FBI) 933, PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE NW, WASHINGTON D.C. 20535, U.S.A.

14’H FEBUARY, 2024.

Dear Sirs and Your Ladyship,
THE DIRECTOR GENERAL,
CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS DEPARTMENT (CID), GHANA POLICE SERVICE, POLICE HEADQUARTERS. ACCRA, GHANA.

THE CHIEF JUSTICE,
OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE.

CANKER AT SOWUTUOM HIGH COURT BY BAILIFF PRINCE YEBOAH INSTIGATED BY A CLIENT ROBERT MENSAH (AKA NANA MENSAH), PATRICK OSEI AGYEMANG AND LANDGUARD ALIAS BOBI.
I would like to bring to the attention of the above institutions an incident which occurred on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, involving a plaintiff and senior caretaker (Patrick Osei Agyemang), a private bailiff Prince Yeboah,(+233(0)554520128), and a renowned land guard, Alias Bobi, a special assistant to the plaintiff.
On the said day before 06:33 GMT, I detected a spark from the motorbike engine of senior caretaker Patrick Osei Agyemang (+233243571422). Subsequently, he exited the compound and returned around 07:00 GMT after which I repeatedly heard my name being called out and saw a private bailiff Prince Yeboah of Sowutuom High Court. I told him to wait for me as I that would join him shortly.
Upon approaching him, he informed me that he had been dispatched by his superiors, led by the Sowutuom High Court Registrar, John Otoo (+233(0)536244936/(0)244178852),to deliver a document to me to sign. He further requested that I pick some money from the court after signing the document.
He particularly mentioned the Registrar of the Sowutuom High Court as the one who sent him. I informed him that I would be communicating directly with the Registrar and that I needed to collect the delayed judgment personally from his office. I had earlier filed a petition with the Chief Justice of Ghana prior to that incident.
The bailiff insisted that I sign the document because”he had tolerated my nonsense for a very long time, and it was now his turn to use force on me“.
When I repeatedly asked him who sent me the documents, he replied that his superiors had ordered him to use force on me to sign documents he was holding before returning to his office. But I told him to wait until I spoke with my lawyer, but he insisted that I sign it first.

When I inquired about the content of the document, he stated that it was his responsibility to ensure that I vacate the apartment.
Who then were the bailiff’s paymasters then?
In a telephone conversation with the registrar later on, he confessed to me that he was unaware of the bailiff’s mission at the residence.
If the registrar was not aware of the bailiff’s presence, then who sent him to bring me that document?
Was it the property owner Robert Mensah (AKA NANA MENSAH, +15712471260) or Senior Caretaker (PATRICK OSEI AGYEMANG) who sent him?’
It will be recalled that during my maiden appearance before the Sowutuom High Court, I was charged and fined GHC 2,000 by the sitting judge, based on a false allegation by the plaintiff’s counsel that I had assaulted Prince Yeboah when he came to serve me the summons.

But what actually happened on that fateful day was that I had a visitor and therefore came out to meet him. In the process, I heard someone shout my name from the senior caretaker’s apartment. I turned around and saw Prince Yeboah (the bailiff), who was emerging from the senior caretaker’s room. He introduced himself as an officer from the Sowutuom High Court and stated that he was here to serve me. I replied, “Please show me your identification card to verify that you work for that particular court.” He also requested that I produce my identification card.
What puzzled me was the plaintiff filed the case at the Sowutuom High Court as if no law court in the Weija Municipality could hear the case as the apartment in question is situated in Weija.

At another court sitting soon after the case was called, the judge said right in my face, “You have attacked my private bailiffs once more.” The judge then asked a staff member to summon the same Prince and a lady, who were her two private bailiffs, during the sitting. When the judge asked them whether or not they were the bailiffs in question, Prince confirmed to the court that he was the one, while the senior caretaker (Patrick Osei Agyemang) stood in front of the court to allege that he was present when the incident happened.

In order to prove his innocence and clear his name, the Registrar arranged a meeting in his office on 9th February, 2024, which I attended to ascertain the truth. At the said meeting it became obvious that he (the Registrar) indeed knew nothing about Prince’s mission at my residence to force me to sign that fake document for reasons best known to him and his paymasters.
I realised it was a calculated attempt by my opponents to use FOUL MEANS to rubbish my two expenditures on the apartment so far out of which the JUDGE used only the first Expenditure in her JUDGEMENT in their favour.

At the well-organised meeting by the innocent Registrar, Prince Yeboah the bailiff indeed confessed that when he tried to force me to sign the document, both the senior caretaker, Patrick Osei Agyemang, and the notorious land guard, Bobi, were recording us on video.
At the same meeting, a lady from the Ghana Police Service, Shiela Armah, ( and a Senior Officer who works at the Sowutuom High Court bore witnesses as the private bailiff Prince Yeboah admitted his wrong and wanted to apologise. But to me that did not change the evil act he committed against me, our NATION GHANA and THOSE INNOCENT people whom might have suffered from a similar thing.
Can we believe that the work of Prince Yeboah, could be serving his client’s victims like what he has done to me but go extreme by deleting some vital information from the RECORDER at SOWUTOU HIGH COURT which can easily let the judge fall short in very vital information that would let the judge unable to give the right Judgment towards innocent people*
The SENIOR CARETAKER PATRICK OSEI AGYEMANG, was the very one who signed agreement and permitted me to use my hard earned money to do the abounded uncompleted apartment and that same person was, is and again fighting to eject me from the apartment which is still not completed.
How many people have become victims in this apartment in the issues of use their money to complete it? A lot of Nigerians had become victim because he would take the money but won’t do it for some months later when the victim got him it would be tough to refund the money.
I paid an amount of five thousand Ghana Cedis, to the caretaker on the 17th, May, 2017, but I started working there on the 27th, November, same year.
He thought that I couldn’t do it and all these issues started on the very Saturday Michael Kofi Fran, was buried.
I have several audio conversations between ( PATRICK OSEI AGYEMANG) and their notorious land guards Alias BOBI which I have the SENIOR CARETAKER (PATRICK OSEI AGYEMANG) said that he reported me to late ALHAJI BATURE of Radio Gold program THE ALHAJI AND ALHAJI FAME, to do whatever he could which I don’t have any issues with the man.

Another serious threat was when a man named Samuel Bondzie ( Sammy ) whom I brought and used to stay with me pulled a machete on me on the 17th, September, 2021, but begged through close friends to me to give up to be ending of December,2021, leading to his sack from my apartment on the 15th, May, 2022. To my surprise, SENIOR CARETAKER (PATRICK OSEI AGYEMANG) decided to accommodate him in the same compound in order to fight me.

I asked him (PATRICK OSEI AGYEMANG) about his reason keeping Sammy, the young man who pulled a machete on me in the house in presence of the Rent Control Department officer and he responded that it was for his own good.

On the 12th, January, 2023, the day for the HEARING NOTICE IN THE DISTRICT MAGISTRATE LAW-COURT WEIJA, Same Sammy came to the house with knife that he would kill me and because of me he was around before then I told the Judge at SOWUTUOM HIGH COURT that SENIOR CARETAKER (PATRICK OSEI AGYEMANG) has accommodated Sammy in the other house.

I therefore appeal to your good offices to investigate this issue further to help clean Ghana’s JUDICIAL
SERVICE.
