Supporters of flagbearer hopeful Mr. Bernard Anbataayela Mornah (BAM 4 Change 2024) have picked nomination forms on his behalf to contest the People’s National Convention (PNC) flagbearership race, scheduled for August 31, 2024.

The forms were picked at the PNC party headquarters by the Friends of BAM 4 Change 2024, led by Chairman Mr. Iddrisu Bawa, with the support of Mr. Desmond Ntow, Manan Mohammed, and Zachariah Samira.

Speaking to the media after collecting the forms, Mr. Desmond Ntow explained that their decision to pick the forms for Mr. Mornah was driven by the trust and confidence they have in his ability to lead the PNC to success. He emphasized that many party members see Mr. Mornah as a competent achiever and a unifying figure.

Mr. Ntow also stated that the BAM 4 Change campaign team intends to run a clean campaign, free of mudslinging and divisiveness. He stressed that the PNC needs a united front with a popular and marketable candidate like Bernard Mornah to challenge the ruling NPP government in the 2024 elections.

The Chairman of Friends of BAM 4 Change, Mr. Bawa, called on all PNC members to rally behind Mr. Mornah, whom he believes is the best candidate to lead the party into the upcoming elections.

The PNC has set the cost of the nomination forms at GHS 10,000, with the filing fee at GHS 100,000.
