As part of his commitment to enhancing education in the Pru East constituency. Hon. Emmanuel Kwaku Boam as widely known as Lord Boam, the NDC Parliamentary Candidate have donated brand new 18 desktop computers to Yeji Senior High Technical School(YESTECH)

The donation, which took place on the 29th. July 2024 at the school campus aims to bridge the digital divide and provide students with the necessary tools to excel in today’s technology-driven world.

During the presentation ceremony, he said “I believe that every student deserves access to quality education, and technology plays a critical role in achieving this goal, these computers will not only enhance the learning experience but also equip students with the skills needed to succeed in an increasingly digital economy to liberate poverty.”

He then cautioned the students not to visit the IT Lab to use the computers uninstructed by the ICT tutor.


The school’s administration led by the assistant headmaster(accademics) expressed their gratitude for the donation, acknowledging the impact it will have on their academic pursuits.

“We are thrilled to receive this generous donation, which will undoubtedly enhance our teaching and learning processes,we thank you for your commitment to education and look forward to seeing the positive impact on our students.” He also wished the Hon. PC success in his elections and further seeked for a modern dinning hall for the school in future.

The students representative body expressed gratitude to the NDC PC for his kind benevolent altruism. They promise to acquire success in their accademic race with computers.

Hon. Lord Boam the NDC said this donation is part of his broader vision to improve education and create opportunities for the youth in the constituency. He’s dedicated to working tirelessly to ensure that the community receives the support it needs in all sector to thrive.
