The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament (MP) for La-Dadekotopon Constituency, Hon. Rita Naa Odoley Sowah has stated that, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government and President Akufo-Addo government are full of deception.
“That is exactly what they did in deceiving majority of Ghanaians to win power in the last elections saying, there are a lot of projects the government started in Dadekotopon but all to no avail especially roads as the contractors has left the site.
She made this statement in an interview during the inauguration of NDC Diaspora Caucus at La-Dadekotopon Constituency on the theme, “Building the Ghana We Want: The Role of the Volta Caucus in Mobilizing for Victory 2024”.
According to Hon, Rita Naa Odoley Sowah, a lot of people have died in the La-Dadekotopon Constituency as a result of mismanagement on the part of President Akufo Addo and the NPP government. “A lot of people have lost their daily bread because they were doing business around the hospital before it was demolished”.

The MP said even though the NDC is in opposition yet, she is doing everything possible to support her people in the Constituency.
On the issue of matters in connection with Gay law in the country, she said Parliamenterians have done their part as far as the LGBT is concerned but, what is left is for the President to sign the draft for it to become a bill.
She however, entreated Ghanaians to massively vote against President Akufo Addo and the NPP government for the failure of the President to sign the Guy bill to become a law in the country.
Hon. Rita Naa Odoley Sowah explained that, there are a lot of issues that have been created by the NPP government in the La-Dadekotopon Constituency which is affecting the good people of Ghana that people are going stand on it to vote against the NPP.
She mentioned La General hospital, Trade fair, National Cathedral and other projects that the have demolished with the promise to rebuild it but are neglected and cannot be completed.
