Ghana Protests Brutalities Against Palestinians in Gaza

The Accra Collective of the Socialist Movement of Ghana (SMG) and the Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC) have announced a protest set to take place on Thursday, November 2nd, 2023. The demonstration aims to draw attention to the ongoing brutalities being carried out against the Palestinian people in Gaza.
The protest is scheduled to commence at 9 a.m. and will start from the Obra Spot at the Kwame Nkrumah Interchange. Demonstrators will march through the Farisco road, with the route taking them to the Hearts Park opposite the National Lotteries Office. Prominent speakers, including Conrade Kwesi Pratt Jnr and the Ambassadors of Palestine, are expected to address the public during the demonstration.
The organizers of the event invite all peace-loving people to join in expressing their revulsion at the violence perpetrated against innocent women and children in Palestine. This demonstration is a call for solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people.
In a notable show of support, the Coalition of Muslim Organizations, Ghana (COMOG) has endorsed the protest. The executives of COMOG have called on all Muslim organizations and individuals with a sense of humanity to participate in the demonstration. The demonstration is viewed as a collective effort to demand an end to the senseless murder of innocent civilians, including children, in Palestine.
Convergence for the demonstration is set at the Obra Spot, Kwame Nkrumah Circle, Accra. The protest is expected to serve as a powerful statement in support of the people of Palestine and their plight.
All are cordially invited to join this essential protest to express solidarity with the Palestinian people and advocate for an end to the violence that continues to affect their lives.
