The maiden VDC Western and Western North Regional Volta Diaspora Caucus Meeting came off today the 2nd August, 2024 at Animens Hotel in Takoradi.

The National Coordinator Hon Basil Ahiable and his entourage Mr. Godson Gadabor the National Secretary, Mamaga Adeazordem Founding Member, Mr Simon Adom former Boafo Regional chair B.A, Mr. Antoh K. Abraham Greater Accra Regional Secretary, Mr Richard Mortey Western Regional Chair, Mr. Hedidor Alex Western North Regional Chair with a host of constituency Coordinators from Western Regions. Mr Samuel Borlu NDC Western regional Vice Chair, Raphael Setorwofia NDC Western Regional Dep Secretary, Mr. Darlington Atitso NDC Western Regional Treasurer.


The National coordinator Hon Basil Ahiable in a keynote address, spoke about the need to be united and support each other as a people belonging to the same background. He again advise members to eschew any form of pull him down syndrome, backbiting and the likes.

He pledged that under his leadership, Volta Diaspora Caucus wouldn’t only be an election machine but also make sure our members are catered for in terms of empowerment through skills training and other welfare supports.
